Srđan Tošić
Srđan Tošić (1961) is the prominent Serbian guitarist experienced in performing since 1985. He played as a soloist, in chamber ensembles and with orchestras.
His repertoire consider music from Renaissance to Contemporary music. He is awarded with many prizes such as Yugoslav Competition for Young Artists, International Competition Jeunesses Musicales, as well as the Segovia Award at the Spanish music course sponsorshiped by Spanish government. He took part at the most prestigious national festival such as BEMUS, BELEF, Budva City Theater, Guitar Art Festival, etc. He teaches very often at the master classes and takes part in juries at the competitions. There are many prosperous young artists in his class whose high quality appeal attention at the competitions and concerts in country and abroad as The Belgrade Guitar School. He teaches at Belgrade Faculy of Music, as well as at The Academy of fine Arts.
