With 18 years of experience, Alba Carmona, a singer and songwriter born in Catalonia with roots from Malaga, her parents' homeland, felt the need to express herself through her own voice and music. In 2018, Alba Carmona, her debut solo album, was born. Mostly composed by Alba herself, it features her husband and prominent guitarist, producer and collaborator, and one of the most acclaimed names in flamenco guitar scene in Spain, Jesus Guerrero.

In December 2023 she released her second album, Cantora a tribute to oral traditions and folk poetry. Alba Carmona's flamenco voice weavesthrough the rich world of Spanish and Latin American folklore in nine songs that explore diverse themes, incorporating traditional chants, original compositions, and various languages and musical stvles.

Driven by a deep interest in roots music, Alba has spent years studying popular and modern music. From 2011 to 2018, Alba was the lead singer and composer of the all-female group Las Migas. Her music has swiftly conquered stages across Spain and Europe, performing at festivals in Austria, Czech Republic, Belgium and Serbia.
