Ana-Maria Bibescu is a distinguished classical guitarist and dedicated educator based in Bucharest, Romania. She currently teaches at the School of Arts No. 5 in Bucharest and is the organizer of the renowned Sinaia International Guitar Festival and the Eduard Pamfil International Guitar Competition. She completed her Master’s in Music at the National University of Music Bucharest in 2021, graduating with a perfect grade of 10 under the guidance of Professors Liviu Georgescu and Catalin Stefanescu-Patrascu. Currently, she is pursuing doctoral studies at the same institution (2023–present). Throughout her career, Ana-Maria has accumulated over 50 prestigious national and international prizes in classical guitar competitions, including.

Ana-Maria has performed in prestigious venues, such as the Romanian Athenaeum, Palace of Culture in Targu Mures, Hungarian Institute in Bucharest, Cervantes Institute, and Mogoșoaia Palace. She has also had the honor of performing alongside guitarist Raisa Mihai in an online recital for the Romanian Cultural Institute in New York (2020) as part of the "Enescu Soirees" series. Furthermore, she performed as a soloist in two tours in France, playing the Concierto de Aranjuez by Joaquín Rodrigo with the Altissimo Orchestra under the direction of Maestro Bogdan Voda in 2014 and 2015.

As an educator and music professional, Ana-Maria is also an active jury member in national and international competitions, including the Harmonia Cordis Guitar Festival (2024) and Athens Guitar Festival (2024).
