Four musicians from Paris set off on a camper van journey through the Balkans in search of new musical inspiration. Their path takes them from Bled to Ohrid, through Greece and Bulgaria, all the way to Istanbul—the final destination of their "caravan." Instead of the planned one-month trip, they end up staying for a full three, enjoying breathtaking landscapes, encounters with wonderful people and their stories, legends, food, music—everything that makes the Balkans unique and unforgettable. Upon returning to Paris, the project “Large” – meaning “Width” or “Openness” – is born, which they now proudly present to audiences at every performance.

Srđan Grujičić, guitarist, professor, and composer, was born in Loznica in 1984. From early childhood, he was exposed to a variety of artistic styles, developing a special affection for classical and traditional music. After graduating from the Faculty of Music in Belgrade, he continued his education at the National Conservatory in Paris in the class of Roland Dyens, where he earned his master’s degree in classical music five years later. Part of his studies he completed in the United States, at Johns Hopkins University, studying with Julian Gray and Manuel Barrueco. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with artists such as Pavel Steidl, Edin Karamazov, Didier Lockwood, Dušan Bogdanović, Thibault Cauvin, and many others. Today, as a full professor at the University of Paris and founder of the ensemble Srđan Grujičić & L’OrKestre, he teaches, composes, and performs on numerous stages around the world.
